Information Collection and Use: Our primary goal in collecting personally identifiable information is to provide our web site visitors with the services made available through the website, including, but not limited to improving how our website functions, its content, and to offer various opt-in ways to communicate with us. We collect the minimum amount of data about them that is commensurate with providing the most satisfactory service.

Information Collected upon Quote and Reservation Requests: You will be required to submit certain personally identifiable information to Aspen Limo to receive a quote, make a reservation, or create an online account. Personally identifiable information that we may collect may include your full name, email address, address, telephone number, date of travel, and any other information that you decide to provide to us.

Credit Card Security
Credit card information is collected, stored and protected through our Merchant Services payment partner, Stripe, a leading eCommerce payment processing Company with over a million Stripe Customers . When your credit card number is provided by you online, we have no visibility to your actual credit card number in real-time or while being verified, processed or stored by Stripe Security.

Use of Contact Information: We respect your privacy and will NOT use your information or provide it to any third party for marketing purposes.

Cookies: We use cookies and other technologies to passively collect demographic information and monitor other activities on our website. Cookies are small files downloaded to your computer to track movements within web sites without putting you at a security risk. Cookies link to information regarding what pages our website visitors have anonymously viewed, for example. Customer Rules and Service Disclaimers

SMOKING: No smoking is allowed at any time in any of our vehicles.

ALCOHOL AND DRUGS: State law prohibits anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcohol in a service-rented limousine. No drugs are to be carried in our vehicles. If clients are found carrying or using drugs, or drinking underage, the chauffeur is under orders to return the clients to their starting point. No refunds will be issued.

CLIENT IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOR: If clients act in an uncooperative/unsafe manner and/or irresponsibly damage the vehicle, then the chauffeur is under orders to immediately terminate the service and/or return the client(s) to their starting point. No refunds will be issued.

DAMAGE FEES: The client is not required to sign a damage waiver. However, a minimum of $150.00 fee may be charged for cleaning and repair of excessive spills and/or other interior vehicle damages incurred during their service.

CLIENT PROPERTY: We are not responsible for client property left in any of our vehicles after service is complete.

LIMITED LIABILITY – ACTS OF GOD: We are not responsible for client losses due to weather conditions, vehicle equipment failure, road accidents, unusually excessive traffic disruptions, or other Acts of God that may affect our ability to fulfill all or any portion of our confirmed service commitment. Any client remedy for such service disruptions is strictly limited to the proportion of the service not delivered.

Charging Credit Cards

Submitting your reservation with your valid credit card information approves Aspen Limo to take up to a 20% DEPOSIT for all confirmed services – OR – charge your credit card FULL PAYMENT IN ADVANCE for all confirmed services WITHIN 24 HOURS of the reservation being submitted online and confirmed via email based upon the specific service and vehicle type and upon the timing related to a major high-demand upcoming event. Please reference our cancellation policies below.

Cancellation and Late Reservation Changes Policy

To avoid your credit card being charged for a LATE RESERVATION CHANGE or CANCELLATION, please contact us at your earliest convenience to make any significant date or time changes or to cancel your reservation before the deadlines prescribed in this cancellation policy statement. Your credit card will be charged for 50% of the service amount if you cancel any sedan or standard SUV service less than 24 hours before the service date and time or 100% if you cancel any sedan or standard SUV or service less than 4 hours before the service date and time that was confirmed for your reservation. Your credit card will be charged 50% of the service amount if you cancel any non-major-event stretch limousine, party bus limo, passenger van or shuttle bus service less than 48 hours before the service date and time that was confirmed for your reservation or 100% of the confirmed service amount if you cancel any non-major-event stretch limousine, party bus limo, passenger van or shuttle bus service less than 24 hours before the service date and time. Major Events such as Weddings or Proms or Quinceañera or major national or international sports events hosted in Minnesota will be charged for the full-service amount if you cancel less than two weeks (14 days) before the service date and time that was confirmed for your reservation.

Detailed Rates Explanations

Standard base PER-MILE DISTANCE RATES within the Twin Cities metro area consist of the base hourly rate for the vehicle of choice for the first 12 miles (sedans, SUVs and passenger vans) or 25 miles (all larger stretch, party bus and shuttle bus vehicles), and can be found on our website’s Rates page plus the vehicle’s per-mile rate for every mile over 12 or 25 miles. PER-MILE RATES vary significantly by vehicle type and can be found on our website’s Rates page. A 20% driver tip will be added to the service total at the point of payment. No fuel charge will be added for sedans, SUVs and passenger vans. A 10% fuel charge will be added to the service total for all larger stretch, party bus, and shuttle bus vehicles. Additional surcharges may apply if your origin or final destination is outside of the Twin Cities metro area.

Standard base HOURLY RATES for your vehicle-of-choice consist of a 2-hour minimum rental plus any additional hourly and/or other service charges. Hourly rates vary significantly by vehicle type and can be found on our website’s Rates page. A 20% driver tip will be added to the service total at the point of payment. No fuel charge will be added for sedans, SUVs and passenger vans. A 10% fuel charge will be added to the service total for all larger stretch, party bus, and shuttle bus vehicles. Additional surcharges may apply if your origin or final destination is outside of the Twin Cities metro area.

Standard base AIRPORT TRANSFER RATES within the Twin Cities metro area consist of the base hourly rate for the vehicle of choice for the first 12 miles (sedans, SUVs and passenger vans) or 25 miles (all larger stretch, party bus and shuttle bus vehicles), and can be found on our website’s Rates page plus the vehicle’s per-mile rate for every mile over 12 or 25 miles. PER-MILE RATES vary significantly by vehicle type and can be found on our website’s Rates page. A 20% driver tip will be added to the service total at the point of payment. Standard base EVENT PACKAGE RATES for your vehicle-of-choice within the Twin Cities metro area include a fixed hour length and fixed rate (e,g. 4-hour event window from door-to-door). Additional time requested will be charged at the vehicle’s standard hourly rate associated with the service. Hourly rates vary significantly by vehicle type and can be found on our website’s Rates page. A 20% driver tip will be added to the service total at the point of payment. No fuel charge will be added for sedans, SUVs and passenger vans. A 10% fuel charge will be added to the service total for all larger stretch, party bus, and shuttle bus vehicles. Additional surcharges may apply if your origin or final destination is outside of the Twin Cities metro area.

Standard base DAILY RATES OR TWELVE-HOUR RATES for your vehicle-of-choice within the Twin Cities metro area are for up to 7 hours or 12 hours of dedicated service from door-to-door. Additional time requested will be charged at the vehicle’s hourly rate associated with the service. Hourly rates vary significantly by vehicle type and can be found on our website’s Rates page. A 20% driver tip will be added to the service total at the point of payment. No fuel charge will be added for sedans, SUVs and passenger vans. A 10% fuel charge will be added to the service total for all larger stretch, party bus, and shuttle bus vehicles. Additional surcharges may apply if your origin or final destination is outside of the Twin Cities metro area.

Twin Cities Metro Area Defined

THE TWIN CITIES METRO AREA consists of all cities and townships in the seven counties (Hennepin, Ramsey, Anoka, Washington, Carver, Scott, and Dakota) that include and surround the primary cities of St Paul and Minneapolis.
